Preparation and delivery

Order preparation and transportation are separate stages. Transit times shown at checkout are estimates and do not include preparation time. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before buying to discuss available options.

Tracking and help

Store pickup: no shipping charge

Select “Pickup” to collect your order at 625 N 7th St, Allentown, PA 18102. Wait for confirmation that it is ready before coming to the store. Bring your confirmation email or order number and a photo ID. Pickup is available during store hours.

Check the recipient's name, address, apartment number and ZIP code before paying. Contact us promptly if you find an error; changes depend on the order's status. For security, we may verify order details before shipping and confirm address-change requests.
